Who Are We?

Lambda Phi Epsilon (ΛΦΕ) International Fraternity, Incorporated, is the world’s largest Asian-interest fraternity, founded in 1981 at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Lambda Phi Epsilon at UNC Charlotte was chartered on November 4th, 2023, by 8 young men and is the only Asian-interest (but not Asian-exclusive) fraternity on campus.

We as brothers of Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Inc. strive to serve our local asian community through lifelong friendships, professional networking, and personal development.

As brothers we show up authentically in support with wisdom and love to others as we do ourselves.
